Came here with my wife and friend for the first time for a noodle fix. This is a the next plaza over from another pretty good noodle joint too so if you're in this area, it wouldn't hurt to try either.

The owners at this location are nothing short of excellent. They are kind, thoughtful, and very attentive (something rare for a vietnamese restaurant)

This is the place to go if you want authentic Hu Tieu My Tho. You have the option to eat this with or without soup. I usually prefer it dry. We ordered the dac biet special with the clear chewy noodles. I absolutely LOVE these noodles. This dish is topped with fried crispy onions, sliced pork, fish cake, quail egg, and three large shrimp. The shrimp were plump and perfectly cooked. They give a good amount of sliced meat, which I like. Some other hu tieu places don't give nearly as much. I love that they also give us a huge amount of the leafy veggies and bean sprouts. I added that to the dish and a squeeze of lime.
